My Story

These two Westie’s were found wandering the streets together; and unfortunately, we haven’t been able to find their owner. Poor little guys……. (Well, they’re not really so little. Actually they’re on the large side for Westie’s.) They’re both male, and guessing by their teeth we figure they’re about 3-4 years old. Since they were found together, we were hoping to keep them together. Who knows..., they may be brothers, or our ages could be off and they may be father and son. They act like they’ve always been together. The slightly smaller of the two is all white. The other has blackened skin running down his chest, abdomen, and inside his legs. He even has darkening within his ears. This could be his normal coloring, or maybe he had gotten in to something, or perhaps its a skin condition which needs attending to. Whichever it is, it doesn’t seem to bother him one bit. They’ve each been given a distemper and bordetella vaccination, and frontline has been applied to make sure there are no fleas. >>>>>UPDATE: The vet's been in. He estimates the dogs to be about 3 years old; and he's given them their rabies vaccination. >>>>>WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL NEWS! THESE TWO WESTIES WERE ADOPTED TOGETHER!<<<<<
