My Story

Bonded Pair: must be adopted together. Zoe (calico) and Parmigiana (lilac point) Zoe is a little peanut at 5 pounds with a tiny chirp for a meow. Her beautiful coat is silky smooth. She is spayed and has her claws. She is shy with visitors but quite the snuggler for her foster mom! We think she is a couple of years old but we can’t be sure as she was rescued off of Craig’s List. See the Purrs -N- Paws Cat Rescue page on Facebook to read her full story! Parmigiana grew up at her foster mom’s house with her 4 siblings who all looked almost identical! They have been adopted and she is the last one here. She is a a couple of years old now and only 5 pounds. She is spayed and has her claws. Parm is very beautiful with her round eyes and striking coloring. She is playful and curious, yet loves to sit or nap on her foster mom’s lap. The one challenge is her shyness: she is extremely shy around strangers, to the point that she will not eat for anyone but her foster mom. Cat sitters or any other visitors are very scary! These two darling girls have become soul sisters and do everything together. Because of this, we’d like them to be adopted as a pair to an adult family without children or dogs. Zoe will help Parmigiana be brave and adjust to her new family, and Parm will provide a good playmate to Zoe for exercise and companionship. Potential adopters must be patient and willing to allow Parimigiana as much time as she needs to adjust and warm up to them. They are very low on the totem pole of cat hierarchy, so any other cats in the home need to be non-aggressive and fairly passive with other cats. They have been Feline leukemia and FIV tested, both negative. They are also up to date on vaccinations. Call their foster mom Tracy at 612-759-5974 to inquire
