As a new foster she did not hide under the bed but was very comfortable sitting next to me. We're still getting to know each other, but whenever I come into the room and call her, she comes out wherever she is, most of the time she's sitting behind one of the bedroom curtains looking outside from the windowsill. When she looks at me it's with the sweetest, most expectant expression. Very endearing.
