My Story

Meet Zelda! Zelda aka Zelle, is a sweet, reserved, poised, and quiet young adult cat. She enjoys observing the world around her. She has just recently weaned her first (and only) litter and was a patient, caring, and loving momma. She was originally pulled from a rural TN shelter with her tiny kittens. Her 3 kittens have gone to their homes so now it’s her turn to find her PURRFECT home! She has grown leaps and bounds with her confidence and trust while in her foster home. Ideally a home that is looking for a calm, loving, and quiet companion would be the best match for Zelle to thrive in. She has been exposed to kids and kittens (including foster kittens that were not hers). She has not been dog tested. She also has not been exposed to other adult cats while in her foster home. Her foster mom thinks she could hold her own if she had to, but she is the sweetest quietest cat so possibly another quiet cat would work well. Zelda is healthy, spayed, UTD on shots and is micro chipped. All cats will only be adopted out as an INDOOR cats where they will be safest! We don't want anything bad to happen to these precious babies! Zelda is located in New England and waiting for adoption. The adoption donation is $300 which includes vetting and a microchip, plus covers the costs for her transport north from TN. If you are interested in opening your home to this wonderful kitty please visit our website at www.angelsamongusanimalrescue.org and fill out an application to adopt.
