Yerba came in as a feral kitten but has become the most friendly of his siblings, despite having only one functioning eye. Thanks to amazing fosters, he has made remarkable progress. Yerba is on anti-anxiety medications and will need a calm and patient home. Providing a quiet room for slow introductions will help Yerba feel secure. He is ready for a loving family that will embrace his special needs and continue his journey towards trust. Yerba's resilience and friendly nature make him a wonderful companion. Yerba is currently waiting to see an eye specialist as he has been struggling with his one eye. Since we don't want this to cause him to have to wait longer to find his forever home we are looking for a foster to adopt home while he undergoes appointments to see if his eye can be fixed or needs to be removed. Adopters need to be prepared to take him to any vet appointments and administer any medication as required until his eye is healed or has been removed.
