Woods Mama

Woods Mama is a super flexible girl -- she would make a great porch kitty, or indoor/outdoor. She is a little unsure of people but will allow pets. She would LOVE to be able to go indoors if she wants, and be permitted to also go outdoors. There are VERY few cats that we will approve for outdoor at all -- these two would be a great pair for a country home! All cats adopted through our shelter will be vaccinated, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before going to their new home. Kittens typically are about 11-12 weeks until ready to be adopted, and will receive an ear tip showing they are neutered. Please only apply for a specific kitten if you are committed to adopting! Our workers are all volunteers and it takes time to process applications. We are a registered 501c3 non-profit organization, with ZERO paid workers or admins.Our adoption fees for cats range from $150-250. Our rescue covers food/litter, vet care, combo testing, vaccines, microchip and spay/neuter for all of our animals before they are adopted! We serve an area within (around) a 2.5 hour radius of DFW but will consider adoptions outside of that range and do have the ability to fly animals to adopters at an additional fee.
