Every volunteer and worker knows this girl with her sometimes testy personality. Wisper thoroughly enjoys play time with anyone who has a wand or laser. She however does not always want you to pet her and decides when and how much love she wants. Wisper does not love the company of all the other cats in the rescue though she is free roaming with all the others. She has been at the rescue for quite a long time and needs an understanding home where she can play and be who she is.
