Wisp is a charming lady that is looking for a nice lap and loves affection. Wisp was abandoned outdoors but does well as an indoor kitty. She is a "young" senior (~6 years old) and is best suited as an only cat in a home without young children. She would do fine with a dog that was not aggressive to cats.
