Wink is the softest, sweetest pea in the pod! She is snuggly, cuddly and wonderful. She loves to play with her friends in the kitten room and gets along with everyone! Born in April 2024, she would be a great with any person or family, but has never been without a feline friend, so would love it if you already have a cat or, if not, if you would be willing to bring home a friend with her! Come and spend some time with Wink - she will purr her way into your heart!
All pets adopted from the Humane Society of Freeborn County will be spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, testing and will be microchipped. All of this is included in their adoption fee. Fill out an application to adopt at freeborncountyhs.org
When transitioning your new pet home please allow for at least 4-6 weeks for your pet to adjust to their new home. They will need this time to decompress, and adjust to a new routine and environment. During that time we will provide check ins and counseling to ensure a successful transition.
Please review all basic adoption requirements listed on our website before applying. We take finding the right homes for the animals in our care very seriously. They deserve nothing but the best! Please allow 2-7 days for applications to be processed.
If an animal is listed in foster care, these pets are not at our facility, but are in foster care homes. They are still available for adoption, and meet and greets are done with pre-approved applicants only.
