Willy is very sweet. He is not a huge fan of lap time but he enjoys handing out near him human. He got mad at his foster mom when she put the cone on so he could heal from some old scratch wounds by his ears and now he won’t let her take it off. He has the sweetest little trill. Willy enjoys chin scratches and hanging out in a comfy chair.
