Introducing Willie Nelson! "On the road again, just can't wait to get on the road again..." That’s how our charming kitty, Willie Nelson, got his name! Some of you may have seen this friendly face on a local Ashland Facebook page, wondering who he belonged to. Willie Nelson, a gray and brown tiger male, was part of a local TNR group but was far too friendly and social to stay out of trouble. Willie was often found wandering in busy areas, seeking pets and affection. After the second call about this sweetie being “on the road again,” we knew it was time to step in and give him a proper home. Born around November 28, 2022, Willie is about 1-1/2 years old and is ready to settle down. Willie is feline leukemia/FIV negative, neutered, and has received his first rounds of vaccinations. He’s been treated for fleas and worms and has tested negative for fecal parasites. The rest of his vaccinations are included in our adoption plan. This sweet boy is eager to get back into a loving home where he can be your loyal companion. Willie is a quieter kitty who absolutely adores people. He’s always ready for pets and chin scratches and would make a wonderful lap kitty.
