William - a beautiful 1-2 year old orange tabby male, is the most loving kitty that his very experienced foster mom has ever encountered! That's surprising, because he's been abandoned out of doors for the past several months! Happily rescued the day before our last heat wave struck, he immediately received thorough vet exams, a full blood panel, viral screenings, cleared of fleas and worms, and announced to be in superb health. He was apparently neutered before being dumped, but is not the least bit feral. His clipped ear indicates he was neutered as a stray. This is a big, lean, young, 15 pound LOVEBUG, who can't ever seem to get quite close enough to his "person." William doesn't care if he ever sees a living tree again, much preferring to snuggle indoors with a human of his own. No lap - and no bed - is too large or small for William, who also has a lovely pur. Otherwise, he is almost silent, content to simply be around you. His name was chosen because he is almost regal. William's having had to fend for himself for some time is why he'll likely do best in a home without other animals (at this point, they alarm him).
