Whistle

~ Hi! My name is Whistle, but my foster mom calls me "Sweetie ... it makes me feel so loved. I'd like to tell you a little about myself and I'm sure you'll want to whisk me away to our forever home! Before Heartland rescued me, I lived my life in a bathroom in a cat filled hoarding house. When Heartland saved me, I had to have dental surgery and lost many of my teeth. But - I feel so much better now that I am not in pain and my foster mom calls me a "championship eater. I love to snuggle and receive pets and scratchies; making up for so much lost time. Foster mom is introducing me to tummy rubs...all I can say is "Wow!. You'll be amazed at the loud dove-like purrs that come from a little kitty like me. If we're napping together, I like to keep at least one paw on you. I even enjoy getting brushed with the grooming glove. Glitter balls and catnip toys are my favorite. I'm sure you want to know if I'm a good boy. That I am! I always use my litterbox. I don't jump on counters or knock things off shelves. I am the most good-natured kitty, I don't bite, swat or hiss. Loud or unusual noises still startle me a bit, but I'm getting better every day as I learn I am safe. Do you think we may be the purrfect match?
