Whisp is a cute tabby girl. She is shy at first but warms up and plays like a crazy kitten when she feels comfortable. She's not the biggest snuggler but her loves pets and attention. She will roll around when petted and rub on your legs. Whisp has the sweetest eyes. She is a night owl. Whisp gets along with her fellow foster cats. She would probably do best if adopted into a home with older childern, as she is more of a "I'll come to you" cat. Her adoption fee is $125 or $200 with a kitten friend.
