Whiskers was being purposely neglected outside until a kind neighbor stepped in to provide him with food and water, and had him neutered at the CC4C Cat Hospital.
Whiskers (silver tabby) born on 3/1/24 is a super sweet boy with a playful personality. He is perfect like his brother Jarnathan who was recently adopted.
Whiskers is located in Contra Costa County, CA. He is living in a neighborhood where a caring person is working on getting all the community cats fixed, socialized, and adopted.
