“Each tomorrow will depend on the love you give today.” -Waylon (Jennings, not the cat) This is Waylon’s motto—the cat, this time—and he has a lot of love to give! He absolutely loves cuddling with his foster mom, especially right up close to her face. He loves attention from his people, and he won’t hesitate to shove his way right into your heart! He also gets along generally well with the other cats in his foster home. Calm dogs and older children are fine to him as well, but he has a history of being very stressed by a bunch of young children in his previous home, so he’s hoping to find a more calm environment. Waylon has had such an amazing glow up since coming to us! When he came to us, he had severe allergic dermatitis - also known as severe skin infections and wounds caused by allergies. This handsome 3-year-old boy seem to have environmental allergies, and he had been temporarily outside with a heavy flea infestation when he came to us. He went through months of treatment and now looks absolutely amazing. You would barely recognize him now if you saw him then! With an indoor only and flea-free home, he should do well without medications, and his allergies do not seem to require a special diet.
