He's full of personality and love.
He's a bit timed when it comes to new things like leaving his kennel. Some of the other cats want out! But he wants to be held or in your lap. He's not interested in exploring the loud, smelly stressful world of the shelter. But he'll do great in a permanent home with time to settle in.
