Violet If you are looking for a mellow kitty who has energy beyond her nine years and gets along with cats, dogs, and children, this sweet girl is ready to curl up on your lap and enjoy her new life in your quiet, relaxing home. Violet was originally adopted from Safe Haven as a stray but was sadly surrender recently because of difficult life circumstances. She had upper respiratory issues evidenced by congestion and sneezing that we have taken some time to treat. Once she had several dental extractions, her condition improved and she is loving life again. She is now greeting visitors at the door, playing with string toys, and if you lie down on the bed in her room, she’ll gently crawl on your chest and take a nap. Violet will be happiest in a quiet and attentive home where she will not be left alone all day. This sweet girl will be a wonderful companion for a single person or for the whole family, including another cat, or a cat-loving dog!
