My Story

Do you enjoy being adored? Do you long to have a sweet friend waiting for you when you get home? Are you over the counter-surfing, toilet-paper-unrolling, mischievous antics of kittens and young cats? Look no further. Violet is 10% cat, 90% soulmate. This gorgeous senior baby is the most loving cat you will meet. She loves basking in the sun and in the affection of her person. While she can get frisky if she finds a bug to chase, Violet is mostly content with the lounge life! She loves snuggling on her foster's lap. The vet estimated Violet to be around 12 years old. She was a treasured member of a cat colony for many years. When she needed some dental work done, her caretakers asked the clinic if she could find an indoor home. She loves indoor life and has adjusted easily. She got a partial buzz cut due to matting several weeks ago, and her fur is growing back so soft. She had a few teeth extracted in February and her mouth has healed up beautifully. Violet’s recent labs looked “beautiful,” according to the vet, and she should have many happy years to come! Like all senior cats, she needs a couple low-entry litter boxes in different spots in the house for easy access. She enjoys wet and dry food, and a high-quality diet will help her to stay healthy. Violet tested negative for FIV/FeLV, she is current on her vaccinations and spayed.
