Victoria is as sweet as they come if you are looking for a kitten who loves to be held and cuddled. After being rescued from the Highway she has become the most affectionate kitten. Her bright personality shines through during playtime too as she learns how to play with other kittens and her foster Mom. She is a bundle of kitten energy and will entertain you for hours with her antics! We laughingly call her our “Tortie Tornado”! You don’t want to miss out on this kitten!
