Victor is a pretty and shy boy. He has beautiful blue eyes and a light cream color coat. Victor will need someone who will give him the time to feel comfortable in his surroundings before he can get over his shyness. He prefers his solitude, but can be sweet with a little TLC.Victor needs a home with patient people so he can come out of his shell and receive the love he truly deserves.
