I’m soft as velvet and look like a Russian blue with bright soulful eyes. My name is Velvet, and I’m one of the kitties whose owner passed away, leaving me and a houseful of cats. In foster care I’m gaining weight as well as more confidence. My purrfect home would have a calm environment where I can blossom.
Velvet is eligible for our PetFinder Foundation Kia Pet Adoption grant. From June 21 - July 19th he can be fostered for "90 days to fall in love" with a $0 adoption fee at the end or a reduced fee of $25 through September 20, 2024.
