Vela is another library rescue, with the sweetest face around. She has these big expressive eyes and a chirping meow she likes to talk to you in. One of her favorite cuddling spots is right next to your face, and she'll purr like a motor when she curls up. Vela loves her brother Juno, and makes sure to groom his unruly hair and cuddle with him whenever given the chance. She is super friendly with just about anybody, but has a harder time adjusting with other cats. She'll take a cue from the big bro to see if they are friend or foe! Vela loves her big brother, Juno KRLA-A-7743, very much, and must be adopted with him.
