Val Kilmer

Val was rescued from the hoarding case just last month and is ready for adoption. He was rescued from deplorable conditions, stuck in a trailer of horrors with no food or water, no litter boxes, with 27 other cats and dogs, and no ventilation. But that life is in the past and he is ready for his forever family. Val is a true survivor. After the 27 cats and dogs were rescued from the situation described above, Val and another cat remained in the trailer hiding in the walls. The humane society said they would go out and try to get them but apparently they weren't able to because when the resident moved to a motel, she had the cat with her hiding him in a tote. Then when she was moved to assisted living, she had to surrender him. This was a good thing for Val because this woman needed much help. She was not equipped to care for any animals and had a past of animals being removed from her residence. As you will see in one of the pictures, he was wedged in between the wall and cabinets. Val is about 5 years old and very handsome. He is a big boy and while he is a lover with people, just sweet as can be, he doesn't get along with most cats. The only ones he gets along with are the ones that were in the trailer with him and that we now have in our care. He loves lounging around but he loves, loves toys and you can often see him doing the zoomies. He likes to stir the pot too and is all to eager to start and join a melee.
