My Story

Meet Scar and Ursula! These siblings were found outside as older kittens - right at the age that it starts getting difficult to socialize them. Fortunately, one of our amazing volunteers agreed to work with them intensively to get them adoptable. They have made amazing progress and went from kittens who would hiss if you looked at them wrong to very sweet little buddies! They are both ridiculously adorable - Scar is an orange male and Ursula has stunning Russian Blue type coloring. Scar has become very friendly and loves cuddling up with his humans. His favorite thing in life is getting Churu treats! He doesn't love living with a big dog but tolerates him (although he reminds him he doesn't actually like him with a swat every now and then). Scar is obsessed with other cats and wants to play with them all day long. Ursula is the shyer of the two kitties. She is very cautious at first but once she warms up she is very affectionate. She also gets along well with all the cats and could care less about the dog. She is very treat motivated and is the first to follow you in the morning to breakfast. They both have come such a long way. They love to play, don't love being held and picked up but tolerate it in small doses. Once they warm up they love being pet and enjoy attention! Scar and Ursula are fully vetted and are ready to find a forever home where they can continue to blossom! They would do best in a home without young children and with humans who will allow them the time to adjust to new surroundings!
