Umpa and his buddy, Piston, were owner surrendered to the shelter on 02/10/2010. Piston is a very handsome black and white Long Haired cat that weighs appx 10 pounds! These cats are very loving and get along great with cat tolerant dogs. They are very laid back and love just being in the room with you. Piston has the more outgoing personality, and protects Umpa. Umpa loves to lay on ledges - window sills, bookshelves etc and watch the world go by. He is a cuddler, a lap cat, and a kisser. Umpa is around 3 years, estimated DOB 02/17/2007, and he has been declawed in the front. He will need an indoor only home as he cannot defend himself out doors.
we would much prefer both of these two to go to the same home. They are very bonded, but we will separate them for the right family. Please consider adopting them both, they are better as a pair!
