Tux and his fur-buddy, Strype, came to CVHS when their family moved and were unable to take them. We're still getting to know these shy handsome boys, but every day we see a glimpse of the wonderful personality we heard about from their previous home.
Neither of boys have been exposed to children, and with their timid personalities, we feel that a home with no children would be best. They have met canines in their previous home, but were scared of them, so they are looking for a canine-free home.
At this time, we feel that Tux and Strype don't need to go to a home together to thrive, but with a family willing to be patient with them adjusting to their new surroundings.
Due to Tux's and Strype's size, especially Tux, our vet has recommended a weight management plan. They will need to go to a home that will help them with a healthy diet and to cheer them on during their weight loss journey.
