Meet Toffee,
Toffee and her daughter Tootsie were found roaming the streets and were brought straight to the South La Shelter. Unfortunately, they were denied access as the shelter told the man who found them to release them back to the streets. Luckily we were there at the perfect time and rescued the cats before they were exposed to anymore danger. They are both safe at our rescue and are the sweetest babies. Toffee and her daughter Tootsie love cuddles and have such a great personality.
