Meet Toby! This guy has had a rough past.. Toby was found as a stray, starving to death, with injured paw pads. But he is a tough little guy and made a full recovery! Toby is super sweet, He loves to cuddle and can not wait to find a home that will keep him warm and safe for the rest of his days! He would do great in a home with or without other pets. Toby is diabetic and takes insulin twice a day with his special prescription food. Other than his very manageable diabetic condition he is perfectly healthy!
