Toby is an unusual cat. He an adult cat, neutered,updated with shots and he tested negative for Leukemia and FIV. He is very sweet and very playful. Everyone just adores him and at the same time everyone has agreed he is a little different and we think he is a special needs cat. If you ask us why, we really cannot explain it you have to meet him. He was very lucky he was found by a concerned citizen and taken in. Toby has some litter box issues so we hope you consider sponsoring him so we can provide him a wonderful life at the shelter!
