Tips is a beautiful black-and-white bicolor tuxedo cat available for adoption. Once she gets to know you, she's incredibly sweet and affectionate and just loves to be petted, especially on her head. She'll let you know she's happy with her purrs! Tips gets along great with other cats in her foster home.
