My Story

Tigger is a charming 13-year-old orange tabby who came to us after his elderly owner could no longer care for him. Tigger has a bit of a Sour Patch Kid personality—sometimes he's sweet, and other times he's a bit sour. This may be partly due to the fact that he’s been declawed. Despite this, he enjoys neck scratches, but only on his own terms and will let you know when he’s had enough. He’s a foodie at heart. Mealtime is his favorite time of day. He's very vocal when he hears the can open, and he'll even stretch his legs up on yours in anticipation as you fill his dish.(It’s kinda cute, see video in comments) One of Tigger’s favorite pastimes is basking in the sun on the back of the couch. He has a unique quirk: most of the time when he’s sitting or lying down, his front legs are completely sprawled out in front of him. In his foster home, Tigger has been great with their older dog; they mostly ignore each other and coexist peacefully. Tigger does have a condition common in senior cats called hyperthyroidism. This is easily managed with a daily medication in his food, which is very inexpensive. Tigger is looking for a loving home where he can enjoy his golden years in comfort and with unconditional love! PLEASE SHARE! TIGGER IS: 13 years young Neutered Vaccinated Negative for FIV/FELV Litter box trained Good with other cats, calm dogs and older, respectful children. **Other than the hyperthyroidism, his senior bloodwork Shows that he has remarkably healthy for his age** CLICK HERE TO APPLY - https://form.jotform.com/82708252435154
