Tiger and his sister B.A. are a pair of sweet and loving senior kitties looking for a new home. This adorable pair’s favorite activities include cuddling together and with their people friends (both cats enjoy being picked up and held), taking long catnaps in their favorite spots and ‘people watching’ the passers-by at the Humane Society.
Tiger himself is a "huge love" and enjoys being held like a baby. When you pick him up he will wrap his arms around you in a big cat hug and begin purring loudly.
Due to their age and the fact that Tiger and BA enjoy quiet, gentle companionship, this special pair will do best in a quiet home with adults-only, or with older teenagers and no dogs.
Think 14-years-old is too old to adopt a cat? Well, indoor cats have been known to live past 20-years-old with proper care, so Tiger and B.A. most likely have plenty of life and love to give to their new pet parents.
Concerned about your furniture with two new cats? Not to worry, Tiger and BA came to the Humane Society declawed and can’t wait to begin their new lives in an indoor-only home (declawed cats should not go outdoors because they cannot defend themselves without their claws).
If you’re looking for a sweet pair of buddy cats who’ll give you love and affectionate for years to come, then Tiger and B.A. could be the perfect feline friends for you.
*The Buddy Adoption Fee for this pair would usually be $150, however due to the large influx in the local adoptable cat population, the Humane Society is waiving the 'Buddy' portion of Buddy Adoption Fees until December 31, 2007.
Wait here to see a video of Tiger and B.A. Please be patient as the video may take several minutes to load. Be sure to turn on your sound!
ADOPTION INFORMATION:
San Diego Humane Society and SPCA pets are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped (some small animals, reptiles and birds excepted) prior to adoption. Please note that in order to make the best match possible, potential adopters must come to the Society in person to meet with an adoption counselor and complete the adoption process. All members of the household (including other pets, if possible) should be present to ensure the chosen pet is compatible with everyone. We do not place holds or do adoptions over the phone and we do not ship pets.
