WHAT MY FOSTER SAYS: Tiffany is an independent woman who likes to do things in her own time! She loves a quiet spot to hang out for most of the day and then to explore at night. Tiffany is very sweet but does appreciate her personal space. Once she gets familiar, she enjoys playing with her toys.
