My Story

This cutie pie is Sunny. He was born in June 2020. Sunny has spent his whole life in a loving home with 2 other cats, but the children in the home developed allergies that became so bad that the doctor recommended the cats find new homes. CRN was luckily able to bring the cats into a foster home, and we are now looking for new homes for them. Sunny is a friendly loving boy who especially enjoys good scratches under his chin and at the base of his tail. He will rub himself up against you asking for attention. He likes to be picked up and carried around. Sunny really enjoys his food, to the point where he is a little on the chunky side and should probably watch his calories and lose a few pounds. He likes to play, and would benefit from some exercise to help him on his weight loss journey. Sunny would do fine as a single cat, or he could be adopted with his son Moonlight, also available through CRN. Sunny and Moonlight enjoy each other's company, they will sleep together and wash each other. NOTE 1: Spays, neuters, first vaccinations and vet checks are included in the adoption fee. NOTE 2: Because a young kitten needs feline companionship, it is the policy of Cat Rescue Network that kittens 6 months or younger be adopted out in pairs unless there is another kitten or young cat already in the home. NOTE 3: Cat Rescue Network only adopts their cats to homes in the National Capital region of Canada
