Our rescues mean a lot to the vet staff and DunRoamin' volunteers. We do everything we can to find the perfect homes for these pets, who are being given a second chance at a happy life. Strauss came to DunRoamin' on October 28, 2014 from the Brookville area where she was one of several cats who had taken refuge in a shed. Kind neighbours have very generously taken on the task of their care and were diligent enough to notice a lump on her belly. She had an umbilical hernia which has since been repaired. Strauss was born about May 1, 2014.
The compassionate people who are caring for these cats and kittens are also trying to raise money enough to spay and neuter all eight. Donations are gratefully accepted for this endeavour. You can also find more information about them on Facebook.
