STELLA was an Animal Control favorite and quickly became a foster favorite. This very petite little girl is a DLH black female with just a tad of white on her chest. Approximately 2 years of age, her idiot owners moved out of their home and left her there to starve. After being alone for a month, with no food, the neighbors called Anchorage Police Department and they rescued this sweetheart. Only 4 pounds when she came into Animal Control, she has finally reached her ideal weight and is ready for her lifetime, loving home.
