I'm Sookie...yes, like the character in that HBO TV show "True Blood" that everybody seems to be talking about. But don't worry, I don't like vampires or anything. Anyway, I am a very sweet cat who deserves a loving, patient pet parent and a great home. Once we get to know each other, I will enjoy spending time on your lap. I LOVE being brushed! I will wiggle, roll around, and rub all over when you brush me. And can you tell I like to pose for the camera? I will admit I have a bit of a diva in me. I would do best as your only cat, or maybe another cat would be OK as long as it is not a shy cat. Oh yeah, you might want to know that I am deaf, and that I also only have three teeth--but no biggie--I have come this far not hearing, and I can eat dry cat food just fine. However, in order to feel secure, I will probably do better in a smaller space, like a bedroom, where my food and litter are close by. Please come by and meet me, or at least spare a few minutes and give me a good brushing! Approx. DOB is 5-30-03. The House of Mews has over 100 homeless cats and kittens in its care.
