This super soft 'I love to be picked up' cat is so vocal he'll respond to your 'do you want to eat' question with an answer! He enjoys sitting next to you while you're watching TV or working at home. Although shy at first, once this fellow gets to know you and his new home, he'll follow you around like a puppy. He loves to be petted, combed, enjoys high quality wet food and trust us on this one 'needs' attention. Shorty is fine with another 'non-dominate' house cat but prefers human companionship instead. Shorty had a neglectful life before being rescued so we are seeking an extra special home where he can be taken care of like an adorable cat of this caliber should be. Shorty is neutered, rabies vaccinated, tested negative FIV/FELV. Shorty 'may' need a dental so any donation made will be refunded with receipt of his dental work. To qualify: -be age 25 or older. -own your home or condo. -be working full time or retired and able to afford the expenses to support a cat with high quality wet cat food, cat litter and necessary veterinary expenses. -if renting, we need to see a copy of your lease which indicates you can own a cat in your rental BEFORE an appointment is scheduled to meet our available felines.
