Shortcake's bio will be up soon.... Shortcake got her/his (we think it's a she) name because the cat has only a half tail. We're thinking (guessing) long ago she may have gotten it caught in a closing door. The Township's Animal Control Facility (commonly called the Animal Shelter) is located at 311 Watchung Avenue, West Orange; and is open Monday through Friday 4:30 - 5:30.
