SAVANNAH is a wonderful, loving, playful girl! She starts off shy, but is quickly comfortable and playful. She loves people, but not commotion! She is also very dog-like. It took her a while to become as social as she is, but now she readily seeks affection! SAVANNAH was recently rescued and is now here with us, in Danbury. Luckily, we saved her and now want to find her a loving home. She is just a year old, but very healthy and kittenish! SAVANNAH likes other cats, after she gets to know them, and is very easy-going! She is gently vocal. She seems timid until you pick her up, and then she purrs and tries to roll over in your arms. SAVANNAH is ready for immediate adoption! She will need to be picked up right after approval to adopt. There will be a lot of demand for SAVANNAH. She will have an adopter very quickly! Make sure to send an email requesting an application. IF YOU ARE NOT READY FOR IMMEDIATE ADOPTION, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!!! Filling out an application does not guarantee adoption of a particular kitten. We receive many applications for each listed cat, and we review them carefully to ensure a good fit. Of approvable applications, we give precedence to the earliest that we receive. All of our cats and kittens are rescued, most locally, or surrendered to us by their previous owners, and they now seek loving, permanent families! All of our cats are spayed/neutered, given age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV and FeLV, as well as given flea, heartworm, and ear mite prevention. We do not DNA or allergy test our cats. We cannot guarantee the breed mix, as we are a rescue, not breeders. Please note that we are a privately run rescue. We are not government funded and get very few donations. The care that we provide, the animals that we rescue, all costs are covered out of pocket, so our adoption fees are higher than what you may find at a funded or government shelter.
