Hello! My name is Sammy! I’m a shy, blonde boy that’s been roaming the fields looking for a home to call my own and a person/people to love me as much as I’ll love them! I’m too shy to come to you at first, but I think with time, space, and patience, I’ll build up the confidence I need to seek out attention. If you had some food or treats, I think that might help to coax me along… Speaking of treats, I LOVE lick a treats – they must be the best invention ever! Wave one of them in front of me and I’ll come to you and you can pet me the whole time I’m enjoying my snack! My foster has been able to convince me to enjoy belly rubs (it was the best feeling!) but it will likely take some time before I am comfortable with someone new doing this. I love to play and would benefit from a friendly playmate – I think a more confident cat may even help me settle into my new home!
