Rosie is a tabby female with beautiful green eyes, born in April 2018. When she first got to our Sanctuary, she was a feisty thing that liked to swat and bat at cats and humans. Once she found her “spot”, she began to relax. She loves drinking from the water faucet and playing with catnip-filled toys.
Rosie is a now a very sweet cat that loves to get attention (and treats!). She will stretch out her paw to get more pets from you. However, she does still swat at people without much warning, so she should be in a home with experienced cat owners and no kids.
Rosie gets along with most other cats, even ones with “difficult” personalities. But if they try to enter “her spot” she will bat at them to make them leave. So if going to a home with other animals, she definitely needs her own space to retreat to, and a slow introduction.
