After the death of his owner Roscoe was brought to the shelter so he could find a new home. However, he refused to eat so he remained with the medical staff for awhile. He has now completely regained his great personality and is ready for that new home. You won’t know he had been sad when you meet him. This robust boy is sociable and affectionate, sweet and attentive. He’s just a big agreeable fellow who makes everyone his friend.
