Quill was rescued from life outside in a backyard colony. He loves pats but is still a little shy. He can be picked up and cuddled but still needs lots of tlc and time to totally adjust. Quill needs to be adopted to a home with another kitten or young cat. No small children. Birthday Sept 1/23
