Imagine being a young stray cat, all on your own, trying to find food and stay safe, and instead you find a porcupine! Poor frightened Quill was trapped after she was observed to have quills in her face. Luckily a kind person reported her to Safe Haven and she is now secure with us in a friendly community room with plenty to eat and no porcupines. Despite her safe environment she is still very scared and will need a patient and cat savvy home where the adopter is not in a rush to have a lap cat. She is a gentle girl and may very likely end up in someone’s lap, but patience is required. She needs to feel safe and loved, as well as learn to trust. This stunning girl has a lot of potential that will blossom in a quiet home with no other pets and no small children. .
