Quasar and Pulsar

Please text me at @ 586-438-1239 (Colleen) for a quicker response. We are currently fostering Quasar and her sister Pulsar from Purrinc. They were found together without their mom, and we are not sure of their previous life experience. We believe they were born around 5/25/24. These two kittens must be adopted together due to their strong bond. They rarely leave each other's side, and watching them play is highly entertaining. They love to be cuddled and are comfortable and calm with people -especially when on neutral ground. They are initially shy and would likely acclimate quicker in a home with low stimulation. They would sleep with the other older kittens we were fostering but usually stood back and deferred to them when playing or eating. We attribute that to shyness, not age or size because we have had much younger kittens who are always in the fray of it all. Now that the other kittens are gone, they have become more animated and responsive. Watching them communicate with one another has been enjoyable - they are completely in tune. They love playing with lasers and jumping at toys. We have found that when another variable is abruptly added, such as another person or a loud noise, they seek a safe place until they can reassess the situation. One thing that has been noticed by everyone is that they have incredibly soft and sleek fur, which makes it easy to want to hold them! They can't deny that they are siblings because both have six toes. It will take patience to get them comfortable in a new environment, but they are so young, and I suspect it will be relatively quick. These two are so connected that adopting them together will most likely be best for them and the human(s) who give them a home. I will provide any information needed and send pictures if desired.
