My Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This gorgeous, little house panther was born in Ohio, under a house, to a feral momma cat who moved on with her other kittens leaving this sweet little one behind. Estimated birth date 5/1/2024. A very kind California gal, working on said house, spotted Puma and knew she couldn't leave her behind in the smoldering heat of an Ohio Summer, to fend for herself. Now in foster with Cats Cradle, Puma has come around by leaps and bounds! She loves being an indoor Cali girl, loves her fosters and resident kitties. Resident puppy, not so much, but he's all puppy and a bit of a menace. She may do well with an older, respectful dog. Puma can be a little shy at first, but quickly warms up with a slow approach and gentle pets. She may not do well with small children that do not have cat experience. If you would like to meet this sweet little lady, submit an application today, to secure a private visit at our Ventura adoption center.Cats Cradle Rescue animals are spayed or neutered and have received at least one vaccination before they are placed up for adoption. Each animal lives in a foster home as part of the family. Cats Cradle Rescue requires an adoption application and contract with each animal. Our adoption fee covers Feline Leukemia and Feline Immuno Virus testing, first year's shots, spay/neuter and microchip. We also send you home with a collar, CCR tag and starter food.
