My Story

Hi, I'm Princess Dot aka Dot or Dottie. I originally came to SBACC in 2014 when I was about two years old. I had a badly injured back leg that had to be amputated so I became a tripod. That didn't slow me down and I was adopted in 2015 and had a home for over seven years. My Mom loved me and took very good care of me but had to move out of state and in with a relative who said she couldn't bring me. So sadly, she brought me back to SBACC. I am adjusting to being back at a shelter but I would much rather have my own home again and a new Mom or Dad to love and care for me for the rest of my senior years. I like people much more than other cats so my wish is to once again be an only cat and to be treated like the Princess I am. Dottie is on daily medication for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The medication is mixed into her wet food. She is also on a special diet for kidney disease.
