Hello! My name is Princesa and I am a 1 year old calico girl. I'm affectionate, sweet and gentle. I love to be petted and greet you with a gentle head bump. Despite testing positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), I can live a happy life, offer you companionship and bring warmth to your home. I'm spayed, fully vaccinated and looking for a home where I'm an only cat or where I'm with other FeLV-positive cats to avoid spreading the virus. If you would like to adopt me, please follow the next steps: The first step to adopt a cat from Save a Gato is to fill out the pre-adoption form, which can be found at: https://www.saveagato.com/available-cats. Simply click the "Here" button and you will be redirected to a Google form which can be filled out. Although our cats are all located in Puerto Rico, they can fly to mainland US. We can usually find flight angels to bring the cat to you once you are approved for adoption. We don't charge for arranging the trip, but adopter is responsible for travel pet fee charged by airlines, which is usually $95 to $150 depending on the airlines. The adopter is also responsible for the travel bag, which costs $35 and the adopter gets to keep it when picking up the cat at the airport.
